LE DOMAINE
The Domaine des Coltabards is located within the commune of Ménétréol, a plateau between Sancerre and the Loire. It covers 7 hectares and its terroirs are primarily made up of clay-limestone and flint soils.
Managed under Reasoned Agriculture, the yields are controlled and a parcel traceability is applied.
With a strong and responsible commitment to sustainable viticulture, the vineyard obtains its level 2 Environmental Certification.
SANCERRE BLANC
VARIETY : Sauvignon Blanc
CHARACTERISTICS : Pale gold robe with green reflections, beautifully clear and shiny. Potent nose with floral (white flowers) and fruity (grapefruit, orange) aromas. Beautiful balance with texture and a remarkable persistence.
